We offer HR Manager as an online tool but it can also be installed on your own server. In both cases, you can quickly get started on setting up and updating your personnel administration. We provide the system management and the updates, you benefit from the many advantages and have one less thing to worry about.
With HR Manager, you always have clear insight into your personnel data. The package is fully online and can be accessed and modified at any moment of the day. From a desktop, laptop or mobile device. It can also be linked to our payroll service or software, if desired.
The costs are transparent: you pay a one-off amount for purchase of the package and after that a monthly fee per employee, starting at just €2.10 per month!
The standard ‘Personnel’ and ‘Leave & Absence’ modules provide a complete package of functionalities for clearly organised personnel administration:
The extra ‘Employee Self Service’ module allows employees to request leave digitally themselves. The request is sent to the manager, who then approves or denies the leave request.
The ‘Lease’ module guarantees smooth management of your fleet. It also allows you to link lease cars to specific employees.
The ‘Changes’ module allows you to have alterations approved or denied by a person with authorisation, after which the data can, if desired, be exported, to payroll software, for instance.
Are there other personnel details relevant for your operation that you would like to document but which are not covered in HR Manager? Then you can expand the package to include the ‘Free fields’ module.
